Ich verstehe Fotografie als Bindeglied zwischen dem »Geschehen« und einer breiteren Öffentlichkeit. Sie ist eine zusätzliche Möglichkeit, Vorgänge und Zusammenhänge lesbar zu machen, sie trägt zur räumlichen und ästhetischen Klärung bei. Mein Ziel ist es, die Wahrnehmung für die Strukturen im Kontext der Umgebung zu schärfen. Ich möchte die Prägnanz der Werke einfangen, die Imagination anregen und damit den gestalteten Raum lesbar machen.

I see photography as the link between events and a wider audience. It creates additional room in which processes and contexts can be made legible, and is conductive in clarifying spacious and aesthetic characteristics. It is my goal to sharpen the perception for structures in relation to their surroundings. I aim to capture the conciceness of the subject, inspire the imagination and thus render the featured space legible.
